Spring Fitness Challenge 2010
Spring into Shape with our new “SHOOT FOR THE STARS” challenge! Beginning on March 1st lasting through May 30th gain miles by accomplishing your fitness goals as we MARCH our way to the MOON. Anyone can join and benefit at a cost of $0! A bonus will be rewarded to those who have come closest to the moon. Start registering February 22nd at the YMCA front desk.
Expresso Bike Information:
New to our fitness center the Summer of 2009 are the Expresso Bikes which are stationary bikes with virtual adventure screens attached used to view over 30 realistic environments to ride through, play games on, race a friend or on screen pacer, and keep track of your progress and goals.
Spinning Schedule and description:
Spinning®: Interval cycling class on stationary spinning bikes for all levels from beginners to the more advanced; choose your own resistance while you sprint, jump, climb, and race your way to the finish line.
Monday – Friday 5:45 – 6:45 AM
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9 – 10 AM
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 5:30 – 6:30 PM and Thursday 6 – 7 PM
